A Professional Designation Awarded

HONEY recognizes Graphic Designer, Sandy Coquim for achieving the Registered Graphic Designer professional designation.

HONEY’s Graphic Designer, Sandy Coquim has been awarded the professional designation of Registered Graphic Designer (R.G.D.) from the Association of Registered Graphic Designer’s of Ontario. The process to become an R.G.D. involves three steps: application to determine eligibility, a written exam and a portfolio interview.

“Sandy’s work clearly demonstrates her dedication, professionalism and talent for graphic design,” says Robin Honey. “By achieving the R.G.D. designation Sandy joins a select community of creative, ethical, and professional graphic artists. We’re extremely proud of her accomplishment.”

The R.G.D. exam is for experienced practitioners, educators and managers. Successful R.G.D. candidates demonstrate professional competence in areas of business, design principles, research and theory and ethics. They must exhibit the successful application of this knowledge to design problems, management and education.
