Diversity at Work – a new website that focuses on the strength in our differences
Today's modern workplace is made up of a diverse pool of talented individuals. There are many competitive advantages for businesses that support equitable workplace practices and make full use of the skills, perspectives, experiences and differences a diverse team can offer. HONEY’s talented team provided branding and communications, copywriting, graphic design, and web programming and development in this project.
From a design perspective, this theme inspired a colourful and accessible concept that was later applied to marketing collateral materials as well. Writing for the web requires a style and techniques for Search Engine Optimization to improve organic search results. The site has been programmed with accessibility as its highest priority and will be able to later accommodate Content Management System modules to allow Diversity at Work’s principal, Evelina Silveira to easily update information, send e-newsletters and post job opportunities.
Diversity at Work principal, Evelina Silveira is an expert in ethno-cultural engagement and inclusion and a champion of diversity and the advantages of strategically harnessing all talents in the workforce. For the past 16 years, Evelina has worked as a trainer and facilitator encouraging various organizations to become more inclusive, both in hiring practices and marketing initiatives.
